What does a site visit involve?
Sakleshpur: Vibez Kaira, Vibez Coffee Estate and Vibez Manor, about four hours from Bengaluru on NH 75. Chikkaballapur: Vibez Sirivana and Mythri Farms, around 60 km from Bengaluru city.
Plan a full day for Sakleshpur, or stay the night where a stay is available. Chikkaballapur makes a shorter day.
Our on-site team, on the estate. Your advisor fixes the plan with you before the day.
When you visit, we share the brochure, the title flow and the maintenance agreement before you decide, and your own advocate checks them.
What will we not do?
We will not keep calling you. One Vibez advisor contacts you to fix the visit, and if you say no, that is the end of it.
